Actual item for the logo style, color, size or position may vary from the image shown on website. The logo placement on the product shown on the website image is a representation of possible variation of how the logo is designed.  Doux Bella reserves the right to modify the logo design and placement depending

on the demand of our customers and fashion trends.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. Returns must be postmarked 30 days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take several days based on the terms of your Credit Card or Financial Institutions. Clearance items may not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are happy to exchange your item if needed. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@douxbella.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
